  • We began with in-depth stakeholder interviews to understand 100EW’s vision, core audience (donors, nonprofit partners, campaign organizers), and existing pain points.
  • Competitive and landscape research: how do top-tier giving platforms present campaigns? What’s the donor psychology?
  • Information architecture planning: mapping user flows (donors → browse causes → donate; nonprofit → launch campaign) and defining content priorities (stories, FAQs, success stories, campaign pages).

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Logo, typography, and color palette rooted in trust, warmth, and community.
  • Design of custom iconography and visual assets reinforcing the idea of collective giving, empowerment, and connectedness.
  • Brand style guidelines to ensure consistency across future campaign landing pages and marketing materials.

Website Design & Development

  • Custom WordPress (or headless + WP backend) build, with a front end optimized for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Page templates: home, causes (listing and individual cause pages), campaign builder pages, success stories, about / team, FAQ, donation flows, login / account pages.
  • Donation engine integration (Stripe or equivalent) with secure, PCI-compliant transaction handling, SSL, and data safeguards.
  • Campaign setup wizard: for nonprofit partners to create, edit, preview, and publish their own campaigns via an easy backend UI.
  • Dashboard & reporting modules: giving campaign owners real-time stats, donor lists, goal tracking, and export options.
  • Content management tools and training for internal 100EW team to manage pages, images, and updates.

Conversion & Trust Enhancements

  • Clear calls to action (e.g. “Donate,” “Start a Campaign”) placed strategically in navigation and throughout pages.
  • Trust signals: SSL, lock icon, security notices, data privacy, and clean design to reduce friction. (The live site notes: “Our website is secured with an SSL Certification … transactions are processed securely by Stripe.”)
  • Social proof through success stories, nonprofit case highlights, statistics (e.g. amount raised, number of campaigns) prominently displayed.
  • Streamlined donation journey: minimize steps, prefill when possible, allow group or honor giving, recurring gifts, etc.
