We know there are many cost benefits to owning a website. However, we find that the savings a small business owner can get by renting a website in the short term can offset these benefits. Because of this, we offer a Rent-A-Site program with a fixed buyout price (equal to your buy your site price), so that you can own your site at any time in the future, without worrying about the price going up.

All additional site maintenance, updates or changes not included in the site maintenance program will will be billed at our standard rate of $105 /hour rate

Terms and Conditions

  • Website must be hosted and supported by Evol Marketing.
  • We include edits to any of the initial pages at no cost. If you want to change the text or an image, simply email us a new image or new text and we will promptly edit your website for you.
  • No cost to your business for hosting & support until July 1st, 2021, then it will be $99 /month.
  • For the protection of your business, we require that you own your domain. If you need help purchasing one, a team member will be more than happy to help you obtain one on GoDaddy. They cost about $10 to $15 /year.

Requirements

Your business must meet all of these to receive the waived setup fee.

  • Have less than 20 employees
  • Be located in the United States
  • Have less than 3 locations

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to any business.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime prior to your next monthly bill date. Once you cancel we will turn off your website on your renewal date. We do not keep a copy of your website and you may incur a setup fee if you decide to have us rebuild your website at a later time.
